At DCON, you can connect with other service oriented teens, listen to inspiring speakers, attend intriguing workshops, elect the district executives, spend time near the beach, and more!
This year's theme is License to Serve (James Bond/Mission Impossible)!
The Keynote Speaker will be John Shertzer, Chief Programs Officer at Kiwanis International!

For the Seniors - 2016 Scholarships
If you are a senior, you can apply to New Jersey District's Key Club Scholarships! More information can be found in the PDFs below, including the scholarships available and the requirements. All applications are due by February 24, 2016 (postmarked).
Are you interested in running for Lieutenant Governor or an Executive position on the District board?
If you are interested in running for Lieutenant Governor, you must let Meghan Nevola know as soon as possible! Lieutenant Governor elections take place in mid-January to mid-February. Division 19's election will be on January 12th at 7pm at West Essex High School. Please refer to the PDF below for all forms and important information!
If you are interested in running for a District Executive position (as listed under), please refer to the PDF below! Fill out the forms below completely if you want to attend DCON! $280 check made out to Livingston High School Key Club is due by Friday, February 5th. Unlike Fall Rally, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have any questions, use the contact form under the Officers or see if they're answered below.
DCON is a great experience to go to even as a general member! You can learn a lot about Key Club and getting more involved by going to workshops at the conference! There will be motivational speakers and elections for the NJ Key Club district board of the next service year! We get to go to the boardwalk in Pier Village, attend dances, and eat great food!
Dress Code: Business casual! No need for full suits, but for men dress slacks, collared shirt, and tie and for women dress outfits.

Participate in contests! (see below)
You can compete in many contests at DCON, both before and during the convention! First of all, there is the Scrapbook contest, which we participate in every year - Taylor, our vice president, is in charge of the committee. If you are interested, let us know! Second, there is an essay contest at the convention - you will have 60 minutes to write an essay about a topic given at the convention. Third, you can create a digital OR a drawn poster to recruit new members. Fourth, you can create a video that promotes Key Club, LHS Key Club, or both. Fifth, there is an oratorical contest at the convention - you will have 5 minutes to give a speech on a topic given at the convention. Sixth, there is a talent contest at the convention.
If you are interested in any of the above six contests, please let the board know! We will help you register or send in your creations in time for the deadlines, as well as give more information on each of the contests.
